A fully renovated and expanded cottage this three bedroom cottage / home has a large flat front yard at the waters edge, a large  front sitting deck and easy access to the beach, a favorite among the young at heart.

The Cottage/home has fresh well water, tested monthly and comes with a  BBQ and propane. There is a front yard Private fire pit and  the cottage is equipped with all the kitchen amenities needed and more!
